Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly and yearly plans cancel anytime, from the link in your receipt email, or by contacting us. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What is Founding Lifetime?

A one-time payment with no renewal, ever. You get the same premium access as a subscription, paid once, including every new title we add.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both. Install Clif from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the same Google account you used at checkout, and everything you’ve unlocked is there: progress, highlights, and streaks all sync.

Why does my statement say Polar?

Polar is our merchant of record, so your card statement may show Polar rather than Clif. It’s the same purchase.

Is there a free trial?

The app is free to download with limited access, and before you decide anything, take the 2-minute quiz and we’ll hand you a real insight from a real book, yours to keep whether you subscribe or not. No card required.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are final, so please use the free quiz and the first chapter of any book to decide before you pay. You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you were charged in error or never got the access you paid for, email contact@clif.app and we will put it right. Statutory rights, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK, still apply.
